A Legacy of Luxury
Frederic Schumacher, a pioneer in luxury interior decoration, founded F. Schumacher & Co. in 1889. With over 130 years of excellence, the company represents luxury, quality, and artistic ingenuity in the world of high-end fabric, wallpaper, and home decor.

Digital Transformation of a Design Legacy
How could Schumacher, a leader in luxurious home decor, translate its vast collection of high-end designer fabric, wallpaper, and furnishings into an accessible, user-friendly digital platform? The goal was to empower users to visualize and experiment with design elements in a digital environment that reflected the company's legacy of luxury and innovation.

Crafting a 3D Design Wonderland
The Schumacher House project involved creating an interactive 3D room environment, where users could explore various design combinations with a touch of magic. Features included: - Live High-Quality Rendering: Leveraging advanced WebGI technology to mirror natural light realistically at various times of the day, enhancing the visual impact of patterns and colors. - Hand-Modeled Furnishings: Each piece of furniture was meticulously modeled by hand to reflect the intricate details and luxury of Schumacher’s real-world items. - Interactive Exploration: The platform enabled users to intuitively experiment with different design elements, from wall coverings to upholstery, creating a sense of enchantment in every interaction. - Multiple Perspectives: Offering different views and angles, this feature provided a comprehensive understanding of how designs come together in a space. - Streamlined Order Process: The integration of user-friendly tools for saving designs and facilitating sample orders, making the transition from virtual to reality seamless.

Eliciting 'Oohs and Ahhs'
The Schumacher House project not only achieved its KPI of 'oohs and ahhs' but also revolutionized the user experience in interior design. The platform allowed users to do what previously only interior designers could – visualize patterns and combinations in a room setting before making purchase decisions. It's a peek into how digital innovation will bring the art of interior design into the future.

Beyond Visualization to Sensory Engagement
The Schumacher House project achieved a sensory-rich digital exploration of interior design, generating enthusiastic responses from users. It went beyond mere visualization, providing an immersive journey into the world of luxury design, and empowering users to experience the beauty of Schumacher products in a vivid, interactive setting.
